This Residential Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date set forth below, by and between the Landlord and the Tenant named herein. The parties agree to the following terms and conditions governing the rental of the described property.

The Tenant agrees to pay the monthly rent of $2,400.00 on the first day of each calendar month. Late payments will incur a fee of 5% per day after a 3-day grace period.
