What does 'Pilot Mode' mean?

We're currently in an early-access pilot phase. During this period, all plans — including Starter, Professional, and Business — are completely free with no credit card required. You get full access to every feature. When we transition out of pilot, we'll give you plenty of notice and grandfather your usage.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?

Your data is always yours. If you downgrade, your existing forms and documents remain accessible. You'll be limited to the Free plan's creation limits going forward, but nothing gets deleted.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. You pay for 12 months upfront and get 2 months effectively free. Annual plans are available for Starter, Professional, and Business.
