By creating an account or using Formalingo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to all users, including form creators and form respondents.

2. What Formalingo Is

Formalingo is an AI-powered platform for building forms, collecting responses, and managing document signing workflows. It is provided by DevShift.

The service is currently in an early stage. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.

3. Accounts

To create forms you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must provide a valid email address. You may not impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Formalingo to:

• Collect data illegally or without appropriate disclosure to respondents
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Content

You own the content you create — your forms, questions, and collected responses. By using Formalingo, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect any personal information from your respondents and that you comply with applicable privacy laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Formalingo platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by DevShift. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Formalingo available, but we make no guarantees about uptime, reliability, or availability. We may take the service down for maintenance or other reasons at any time. We won't promise an SLA we can't back up.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formalingo and DevShift are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other losses.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
